Apartment K25 was initially designed for a single occupant but with the flexibility to transform into a family home in the future. Located on the fifth floor of the newly built Royal Residence complex in Vračar, the original layout featured three bedrooms and a living room. However, the living room wasn’t spacious enough for optimal use. To better meet the investor’s needs and expand the living area, one bedroom was converted into a spacious dining room, maximizing the apartment’s potential.
The apartment is thoughtfully divided into day and night zones. The living area includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, which opens directly onto a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. The space exudes elegance, highlighted by the exceptional ceiling height and warm-toned drapes.
The kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the living area in an open-plan design. It features a combination of stone and MDF veneered with oak, serving as a key element of the interior. The stone, with its natural patterns and occasional transparency, is accentuated by an LED strip hidden in the cantilever shelf made of the same material, adding a special warmth to the living area. Glass elements on the upper level of the kitchen contribute to its airy feel.
The night zone comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has been converted into a study to meet the client’s needs. The master bedroom boasts a spacious wardrobe in light oak tones, harmonizing with the rest of the night zone’s interior.
The apartment’s pleasant ambiance is achieved through the use of natural materials and simple lines. The herringbone-patterned solid parquet, with its unique dimensions and special finish, further enriches the space, adding a touch of sophistication.
